KC Harvey Environmental, LLC hosted a company-wide employee retreat in the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming. Employees and their families from across the country gathered for the 4-day camping trip and outdoor activities.

The retreat provided opportunities to strengthen connections with colleagues and their families and allowed everyone to engage in new ways, relax, and enjoy quality time together away from the office and field work.  

"This retreat was a memorable opportunity for our team to come together, have fun, and learn something new about one another,” said CEO Rio Franzman. At KC Harvey, we take our Ground Rules, or values, seriously and encourage each other to live up to them every day. This retreat was the ultimate example of those values in action and it was heartwarming to be able to include our families in this experience. We hope to make this retreat an annual tradition.”
