KC Harvey Environmental, LLC is excited to announce that Phil Bandy Ogden has joined the team as Regional Manager based in Idaho and overseeing Idaho, eastern Oregon and northern Nevada.

Phil has extensive knowledge and practice in environmental and natural resources permitting, regulatory compliance, and governmental affairs. He is a seasoned leader and expert in program and project management. His comprehensive background includes leadership roles, project management, and strategic decision-making across diverse sectors, aligning perfectly with the needs of KC Harvey’s clients.

Phil holds a M.P.A. in Environmental and Natural Resources Policy and Administration from Boise State University, a M.S. in Geology from Idaho State University/Boise State University, and a B.S. in Geosciences from Boise State University.

We look forward to Phil's contributions as he spearheads our expansion in Idaho and the Pacific Northwest in addition to our growth within the mining, energy, water, and government planning sectors.
