As we approach the end of another remarkable year, it is with great pride and gratitude that I take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared in 2023. Together, we’ve achieved significant milestones and forged new paths that have set the stage for an exciting future.

This year I was honored to assume the role of CEO following the retirement of our founder, Kevin Harvey. My commitment to building upon his legacy is a driving force behind my vision for the future. This year was about laying the foundation for new growth, scalability, and ensuring strong connections with each other.

The grand opening of our new Salt Lake City, UT office marked a strategic milestone, signifying our ongoing commitment to that region and allowing us to better serve our clients. I’m thrilled with the work we’ve been able to accomplish in the Intermountain West, the Northern Great Plains, and the talented team we now have collaborating under one roof.

In 2023 KC Harvey was honored with the prestigious title of Montana's Top Work Places. This recognition is a testament to the positive and inclusive work culture we strive to collectively cultivate, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to each one of you for making our workplace truly exceptional.

This year's all-employee retreat in the breathtaking Bighorn Mountains was not only a chance to connect with nature but also an opportunity for us to strengthen our bonds as a team. The memories created during this retreat will undoubtedly fuel our collective passion and dedication in the coming years. I am looking forward to our future adventures.

I am also excited that we welcomed several new employees to the KC Harvey team in a variety of roles. Each new team member adds expertise, brings new enthusiasm, and enriches our collective knowledge. I can’t wait to see how their contributions play a crucial role in our continued success.

Advocating for Essential Minerals Development in Washington, DC, demonstrated our ability to influence positive change on a broader scale. Our advocacy efforts have showcased our industry leadership and commitment to environmental stewardship, responsible practices, and our nation’s economic growth.

As we bid farewell to 2023, I’m excited to share that we have embarked on the journey of expanding further into North Dakota—a move that positions us for new opportunities and challenges in the year ahead. Our ability to embrace growth and change is a testament to the resilience of our team and the strength of our shared vision.
